In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.10.2018 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, in B.L.T. Case No. 78 of 2016 by which the said B.L.T. case has been disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority or forum for determination of the claim of right, title and possession over the land in question.

The observation of the Bihar Land Tribunal that the claim with regard to determination of right, title and possession over the land in question should be decided by the competent Civil Court does not require any interference.
