Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he will be satisfied if the D.L.A.O, Kaimur at Bhabua is directed to make payment to the petitioner as per the amended award dated 19.03.2016 in Misc. Case No. 228 of 2014-15.

If the petitioner is further aggrieved by any action of the State, he will have liberty to move the appropriate authority/Court.

Since the award has been prepared in the year 2016,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14620 of 2016(3) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 the petitioner's payment must be released by the authorities within two months from today.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
