JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner who has been remanded in this case on 21.06.2017 seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is said to have been arrested in another case viz. Madhepura(Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 671 of 2015 in which he had made a confession. That confession has been used for remanding the petitioner in the present case as well.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11360 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 that neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.
