The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.403 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 127(1), 115(2), 318(4), 65, 98, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

A girl from Nagaland was brought to Bihar and she was made to work in Orchestra and was repeatedly raped. Subsequently, she was sold to the petitioner, who has also made her to work in Orchestra and committed rape with her. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024. He is accused in two more criminal cases.

Considering the nature of allegation as also
