Vide order dated 27.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1079 of 2021 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to lockdown in Mumbai for 2nd phase of Covid-19 as well as they were out of State for their livelihood.
In that view of the matter, the order dated 27.08.2021
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14078 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1079 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Banka and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
