JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.

Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 307, 302/34 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place due to land dispute and there is a case and counter case between the parties in which both side sustained injuries. He points out discrepancy in further statement of the informant.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner inflicted fatal fire arm injury on the chest of the victim. He also assaulted the informant and his family members.
