2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 413 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 324(4), 303(2), 109(1), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the informant and breaking all the glasses of the car in which the informant was travelling.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner without admitting his guilt has submitted that the petitioner is ready to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14316 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 pay Rs. 25,000/- to the informant for repair of the car. It has also been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025.
5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 413 of 2024.
7. The petitioner at the time of furnishing bail bonds will produce a demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- in the name of the informant and thereafter, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the Magistrate.
