Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant.
In the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of an order dated 12.10.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case no.266 of 2012, whereby the learned Magistrate after submission of chargesheet has passed order of cognizance under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30834 of 2013 (2) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 the Court that since litigation in between the parties is going on since long, the present case has falsely been lodged.
