The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, Special Case No. 11572 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(ii) and 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 15 liters of illicit country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Case No. 165 of 2018 (Special Case No. 11572 of 2018).
