The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the bricks were pelted on the house of the informant resulted into injuries to the informant' side. The accused persons also took away Rs. 10,000/- from the house of the informant. The accused persons were pressurising the informant to compromise the case lodged by the informant against Birendra Sah.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries of the informant's

side received grievous injury.

statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
