1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner No.1 is no more and the petitioner No.2 is son of the petitioner No.1 who has not given any specific instruction to the Learned counsel.

2. Further, the writ has been filed, seeking a direction to Respondent No. 4 to consider granting the restoration of the shop under the Public Distribution System bearing License No. 24/85 of Petitioner No. 1,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19670 of 2016(5) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 in light of the decision of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1563/2009.

3. As the Learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he has no instruction, the Writ petition is dismissed as default.
