JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 29205 of 2017 on merit.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that out of six charge-sheeted accused persons four have been granted bail, including the main accused person and in support of his contention he has annexed Annexure-P-3 series to this application. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the fact that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and allegation is that two persons have been killed in this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
