Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. When the informant returned to her house, she found her three daughters dead and noticed that murder was committed after commission of rape. Suspicion is against nine F.I.R. named accused persons.
Submission is that investigation of the case is complete now and except suspicion no other material has come on the record.
Confessional statement of the petitioner before the Police while in Police custody is no evidence. Hence, let the

No.11057 of 2019(6) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Katoria Police Station Case No.98 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
