Learned counsel for the State as well as respondents no. 2 and 3 are present.

The grievance basically is with regard to the respondents no. 2 and 3, as the petitioner was an employee under the said respondents and has moved the Court seeking payment of retiral dues.

Learned counsel for the concerned respondents submits that as per the earlier counter affidavit filed, all admitted retiral dues have been paid except Leave Encashment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5576 of 2012 dt.04-07-2016 2/2 However, with regard to the same also, it is stated that in view of the stand taken in other connected writ petitions relating to similarly situated persons, Leave Encashment has also been paid and thus it may have been paid in the present case also. Having considered the aforesaid, and the fact that nobody appears to press the writ application, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, liberty is given to the petitioner that in case any retiral dues are unpaid, he shall file a representation before the respondents no. 2 and 3. If such a representation is filed, within two months from today along with a copy of this order, the concerned respondents shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order. If any payment is to be made pursuant to the said order, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) P. Kumar U
