The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/332/333/337/338/435/307/353/427 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that one Sukhdeo Mahto lodged a complaint about missing of her grand-daughter Manisha Kumari, subsequently he suspected the hands of one Jayanti Devi in commission of offence. The police went to the house of Jayanti Devi for investigation, the dead body of the victim Manisha Kumari was found lying in bush behind the house of Jayanti Devi. Thereafter, mob started pelting stones causing injury to the police personnel forced them to enter into the house of Chand
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13487 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Mahto but accused entered into the house of Chand Mahto and assaulted them. The accused blockade the road and thereby created obstruction in discharging official duty. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against 100 unknown including the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the accusation against mob, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case No.92 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
