Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct some typographical error occurred in paragraph-12 of this application.

He is permitted to do so.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 B & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have tortured and subjected to death to informant's daughter by setting her ablaze on non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased and the deceased was living separately with the petitioner and she has no concern with the day to day affair of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- I, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.290 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
