This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 23.09.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3815 of 2021 and order dated 28.10.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40954 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
