In an unfortunate incidence wife of both these two petitioners who were own sisters died for which the complainant/informant had registered Bihiya P.S. Case No.189 of 2009. From Annexure-3, final form it is evident that both the sisters quarreled and during course thereof, Sunganti committed suicide by setting herself on fire. Her sister Manti Devi rushed in rescue who also suffered from burn injury and also died. Mother-in-law, father-in-law tried to rescue them and during course thereof, they both sustained burn injury out of whom, mother-in-law also died. However, on protest present prosecution had cropped up.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12897 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioners Panchdeo Paswan, Chawdeo Paswan, each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No.606(c) of 2012 in the event of their arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
