The petitioner has been in custody since06.08.2017 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 527/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1AA)/26(i) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only cartridges were recovered from a towel but not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
