JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chapra Town PS Case No. 80 of 2018 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the police found the accused persons changing number plate of the motorcycle in the house of one Munna Singh and the said motorcycle was seized. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from the house of Munna Singh, the petitioner is living in the neighbourhood, he has been apprehended merely on suspicion without any material and no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Chapra in connection with Chapra Town PS Case No. 80 of 2018.
