2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 791 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution, total Rs. 4800/- and 4 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the petitioner.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Aurangabad, Bihar to explain to the petitioner /accused the fact that the recovery is of small quantity and the maximum punishment for the offence is one year and if he pleads guilty, he may be let off after completing a particular period in custody.

5. If the petitioner pleads guilty, appropriate orders

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11742 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 shall be passed by the Court below. In case, the petitioner does not plead guilty, he shall be released on bail by the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Aurangabad, Bihar.
