Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 326, 307, 447 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the FIR named accused persons. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
