JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-06-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court dated 25.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12209 of 2013.

2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 on 15.11.2017 according to which the process of recruitment of 507 posts of Constable has been completed. A total of 478 candidates have been appointed while recruitment could not be made against 29 posts owing to non-availability of suitable candidates in their respective categories. A detailed chart in this regard has been annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause. It is therefore submitted that the order of the writ court stands complied with.

3. None appears on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called.

4. Having regard to the stand of the opposite parties, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
