JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2020 and has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that six criminals on two motorcycle intercepted him and looted money, cash and mobile.. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Baiju Kumar in police custody which does not have any evidentiary value. It is also submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted and the

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact , the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No.1007 of 2019, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely, Lakhan Manjhi.

The application stands allowed.
