The petitioner has been in custody since 11.11.2017 in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and later on Section 302 was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the main allegation is against Raghubansh Rai and Pappu Kumar. It is further submitted that there was case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has just been a member of the crowd. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.8411 of 2018 (3) dt.06-03-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on the case diary, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 13, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017.
