Heard learned counsel for the Bihar State Power Holding Company.

In the present case, the petitioner was working as Switch Board Operator (Division-1), superannuated in 2011, claiming the payment of overtime, which was due since 2007 till the date of his retirement.

Learned counsel for the Bihar State Power Holding Company submits that the entire payment has been made to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13535 of 2013 (4) dt.15-11-2016 2/2 petitioner and there is no outstanding with the Board. As learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, treating the statement made at Bar to be correct, this Court does not require to go further as the entire payment has been made to the petitioner and if anything has been left out, the petitioner will be at liberty to take any legal recourse in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application is disposed of.
