Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 06 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 19.01.2020.
