After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make an application for review of the order, under appeal, which was passed, on 17.12.2013, in CWJC No. 21691 of 2012, by making appropriate application bringing new facts and new materials, which were not knowing to Mr. Shashi Chandra
