It appears that the defendants-respondents appeared on 24.07.2013 and thereafter field written statement on 02.11.2013. The court below by the impugned order has accepted the written statement and awarded cost of Rs. 700/-. In such view of the matter, when the court below has exercised the jurisdiction in the interest of justice, there is no question of interference in supervisory jurisdiction arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
