The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, sister of the informant. The deceased was married to Rajesh Pal in the year 2000 and she died in the year 2014. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
