The petitioner is in custody in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No.220 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/325/307/354/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter-case relating to an occurrence of assault and theft as well as attempt to outrage the modesty.

Submission is that the petitioner is aged about 75 years. He has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9932 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
