JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S.Case No. 84 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner is owner-cum-driver of the tractor which has been apprehended by the police loaded with sand.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already deposited the fine which will appears from Annexure-2, however, on query, he could not satisfy as to whether petitioner is a licence holder for doing business of the sand.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
