====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No.290 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 01.10.2019. The perusal of first information report goes to show that no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner resides separately from the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.12938 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 the case as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No.290 of 2019.
