Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20852 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 03-05-2019 It appears that the petitioners except petitioner no. 3 in the present case were granted anticipatory bail by this court subject to the conditions that they would surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Petitioner nos. 2, 7, 11, 12 and 13 however, could not surrender within the prescribed period.

For the reasons stated in the application, in the interest of justice this court modifies the order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50654/2017 to the extent that if the petitioner nos. 2, 7, 11, 12 and 13 to whom privilege of anticipatory bail was granted vide order dated 18.10.2017 surrender within a period of two weeks from today they will be enlarged on bail in terms of the order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50654/2017. No further application for modification shall be entertained.

This application stands disposed of.
