JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 231 (C-2) of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(KH) & 30(K) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 26-022017. It is alleged that 12 litres of illicit Mahua liquor and 500 Kgs. Mahua was recovered from house of the petitioner. In paragraph-3, it has been mentioned that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24134 of 2017 (2) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 Case No. 231 (C-2) of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
