Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.
This application has been field for modification of the order dated 11.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59989 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present modification petition, the petitioner has deposited all the disputed amount in favour of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19401 of 2020(12) dt.28-03-2022 2/2 in compliance of the order dated 08.10.2018 by which the petitioner has been granted provisional bail as such no modification is required in the order dated 08.10.2018. Learned counsel for the informant has not disputed the same.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that all the disputed amount has already been paid to the informant, no modification is required in the aforesaid order.
