Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P. S. case no. 557/2010 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have played role of middle man for negotiating sale of land.

Admittedly, complainant executed registered sale deed but grievance of complainant is that less payment was paid to him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
