This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Suppi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-A, 354-B, 452, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2021. Considering the fact that an F.I.R. was earlier lodged by the brother of the petitioner against the brother of the informant of this case and also the period of custody of this petitioner, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
