This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahariya PS Case No. 406 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 272/273/308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation in the instant case is that 17 liter 280 ml. of liquor was seized .Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2018, this

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Barhariya PS Case No. 406 of 2018.
