This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 188, 283, 337, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Two groups were brick-batting against each other. The petitioners were identified as members of one of the groups.

Submission of the petitioners is that the allegation is general and omni bus and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24018 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawadah (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court.
