In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, on receipt of secret information, the police intercepted one person, namely, Satya Lal with stolen motorcycle who disclosed that on his direction, the petitioner has stolen the motorcycle.

Looking to the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12326 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law.
