The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitoner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 3.2.2022 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to the statement made in paragraph no. 18 of the petition together with the order dated 23.2.2022 of the learned trial Court which has been brought on record as Annexure-3 to the petition, it is submitted that charge has been framed on 23.2.2022. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2020, has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order dated 3.2.2022 and charge having been framed in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with S.Tr. no. 110 of 2022 (arising out of Piyar P.S. Case no. 199 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
