Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol and cartridge was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.11.2017.
Considering the entire fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
