The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the occurrence took place on 08.11.2019 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 11.11.2019 after lapse of three days without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt over the prosecution versions. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
