The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking direction to the authorities for making payment of unutilized leave and gratuity withheld due to pendency of the departmental proceeding, which ultimately went in favour of the petitioner. A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent no.4 and while in paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit it is stated that the payment of unutilized leave has been made to the petitioner, in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit it is stated that so far payment of gratuity is concerned, necessary orders have been issued to the Treasury Officer, Gaya.
