Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that more than one case was lodged for the same occurrence against Vardhman Sunmark Insurance Company by the depositors.
The petitioner was night guard in the said company. He has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19237 of 2017 in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 92 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24137 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with Ahiapur Police Station Case No. 444 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
