JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 24.12.2011 (contained in Annexure-2 & 3), passed in case No.286 of 2011 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
