The petitioner seeks bail in GONDPS P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017 registered under Section 20(b) of N.D.P.S., Act. 1.5 Kg of ganja is said to have been recovered from the grocery shop of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner rather from the wheat field located in the vicinity of the shop of the petitioner. The recovered ganja was kept there by some villagers to falsely implicate the petitioner in the occurrence due to land dispute with the family members of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with GONDPS P.S. Case No. 6 of 2017.
