JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard both parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one live cartridge and cash of Rs. 15,000/- has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2021.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
