2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code along with 10/24 of Emigration Act, 1963.

3. It is alleged that petitioner duped Rs. 5,000/- from Manoj Kumar in the name of creating forged and fabricated document and certificates.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has never issued any forged document

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18363 of 2024(3) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 or certificate to Manoj Kumar Singh or any other person. It is next submitted that the studio of the petitioner has already been closed 12 years ago. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
